The Greatest Cakes' master chef Jason has always had a passion for cooking. He began his apprenticeship in 1986 and it was after a sojourn in Belgium that his enthusiasm for cakes and desserts began.

Like many aspiring chefs, he traveled and worked his way around Europe and London, where he was employed in many top class restaurants. It was whilst overseas he had the pleasure of cooking for various world leaders, actors and musicians.

Many of Jason's recipes have graced the pages of cookbooks and magazines, including Gourmet Traveler, She Magazine and Hotel and Caterer (UK).

Jason has created and developed numerous gourmet cake recipes, and he insists on using only natural quality ingredients.
