Veronica is The Greatest Cakes principle Sugar Artist. Veronica gained a University degree in Arts and leaving her career options open, completed a three year course in Floristry. It was here that Veronica developed her devotion to flowers.

With the combination of an artistic flair and a love of form, Veronica's interest in the art of sugar moulding developed into a passion. Veronica is painstakingly accurate when it comes to creating her sugar masterpieces, many of the flowers so perfect and realistic, even the most experienced florists are impressed.

Veronica has had the pleasure of working in London designing flowers for former Prime Ministers, Lords and Ladies and is more than competent in working with fresh or sugar flowers on her wedding cakes.

With over eight years industry experience Veronica is at the forefront of current trends and design. Inspiration is drawn from fashion, nature and architecture, her aim is to make every cake a masterpiece.
